Thank you for visiting thenadacart.com. Over 10 years ago, an empanada vision came to me. It was my dream to open a cart that would provide my beloved city of Boston with delicious made-from-scratch empanadas, reminiscent of the many 'NADA feasts I had in my childhood. 

Since 2020, The Nada Cart brand has grown to be widely recognized in the Greater Boston Area as a purveyor of gourmet empanadas. I am humbled by all the support received from friends, family, and empanada fans.  After vending in the South End, Hub Hall, Faneuil Hall, and more I can proudly say the dream became a reality!
